If you have never heard or heard of Michael McNevin, you owe it to yourself to check him out. I first got to see him in concert in Elkhart Indiana back in the early 90's. he did a one man show that just held you in awe. His accoustic guitar virtuosity, laid back approach and great songwriting kept the audience in the palm of his hand. The songs tell great stories, and his banter between songs linked them all together. His new CD will be released early next year, and is tentatively called "Kicking Tires". A tour of the US is scheduled as well. I hope he does a show somewhere in the midwest, as I plan to be there. He lives and tours primarily in the Northern California area.
