Meet Bad Brains. The band, which formed in 1977, are among those responsible for modern American hardcore and were a key influence for a myriad of bands, not the least of which was Washington DC's Minor Threat. The band's founding members reunited last year to release Build a Nation. They have been traveling the world touring ever since.
I remember a Bad Brains show back in the 80s. Pounding music. Bodies literally flying through the air. The feeling of danger in the air... that was Bad Brains. do yourself a favor and check out these guys who were there at the beginning of it all.
