Henry Rollins Spoken Word Tour Fall '08

Henry Rollins looks to be very busy this fall. He has announced a slate of spoken word gigs throughout this tattered nation. Glad to see he will be here in Louisville. I remember Henry before he was a media tour de force. He was still sporting the long hair and fewer tatoos. This was in the early 80s. Henry was intelligent but intense. Some punk smarted off to the mighty Black Flag and got his ass kicked. He had it coming. Like I said. Henry was intelligent but intense. That tour was with Painted Willie and Gone. Greg Ginn was in rare form... Ah the 80s...
He probably won't kick anyone's butt on this tour, but you never know... His spoken word material is funny, thought-provoking and entertaining. Worth the price of a ticket...

Start where you are...
Use what you have...
Become the change that you want to see in the world.

Enough for Everyone's Need, Not for Everyone's Greed...

Live simply so that others may simply live.

Become the Media

Don't listen to the one-sided corporate-owned media. They are not in the business of finding the truth. They are only concerned about making money for themselves and their stock holders. If they do report the truth, it is only because it suits their business plan. A happy accident...
Become the media! Blog it, film it, record it...
You still have credibility... They don't.
